How do we make roofs last longer? Using University tested and researched Fresh Roof chemistry we restore shingles to their former glory so that they can survive the elements and keep your home or building looking great! What is the process of roof rejuvenation or roof restoration? Using a low pressure delivery system we spray the Fresh Roof product on to every square inch of your roof until we see a milky white appearance. Fresh Roof immediately starts to penetrate throughout the shingle because the rejuvenator chemistry is attracted to the shingle at the molecular level. After about 2-4 hours Fresh Roof has absorbed in to the shingles where it starts to restore the performance of the material while the top of the shingle looks richer & newer.

Is there a guarantee? Yes! We offer our industry leading manufacturer 6 year warranty with every application. In some rare cases we may advise against using Fresh Roof or be unable to offer a warranty. This happens at about 2% of homes where either the shingles have already been lifted by the wind and damaged or is there is not enough top coat granules to continue to protect from UV damage. If we offer to apply Fresh Roof we make sure you will get the most for your money and it will work for a long, long time.

How much is a Fresh Roof application? Every home is different, every roof is different so there will always be slight variations in the amount to treat your roof. On average a Fresh Roof restoration is 10-15% the cost of a new roof.

What if I have black streak or moss growing on my roof? The only requirement for a Fresh Roof application is that we can apply directly to the top of the shingle. If there are moss or leaves they must be removed prior to any work being performed. Black streaks (mold) do not have to be removed but if you wat your roof to look great too we also offer roof cleaning. Once clean Fresh Roof contains a mold inhibitor what will help prevent black streaks from returning.

How does Fresh Roof compare to competitors? Fresh Roof is chemically different than all other competitors, it becomes a part of the shingle structure which means performance is better for longer.
